Tantric Coaching: session time is equally divided between us talking together for me to discern how I can best assist you to having more enjoyment and intimacy initially with yourself and then at home with your wife,
what areas of concern you may have with your intimacy and erotic play with your full time partner. I then speak to these areas of interest and concern during the session to empower you to go home and share what you have learned.
Energy Work:
an opportunity in a 90 min intro to practice being present and aware of your own energy flow, which is the same as your sexual and spiritual energy in your own body, opportunity to practice relaxing and softening your body to be able to feel more inside and allow this inner feeling to expand with breath exercises I coach you to do, the rest of the session depends upon how willing you are to relax and be present.
