Breath awareness empowers a person to be at choice of how they inhale or take in Life from moment to moment. How we let go of things that happen in our life is reflected in our out breath. Focusing on our breath opens up the ability to direct our attention inward. When we begin to allow our awareness to move inside, we are automaticallyempowered to be in charge of how deep or long our inhale is or how equally long and relaxed our exhale becomes.
Conscious connected breath work is a clearing, cleansing and energizing modality in many forms of yoga. The beginning of becoming conscious begins with becoming conscious of how one is breathing. Often people are holding their breath when doing something new or concentrating. Some have difficulty taking in a full in breath and some do not fully exhale.
We bring ourselves more into our ownembodied being and this opens our capacity to relax into feeling our feelingsinstead of avoiding or suppressing them.There are simple breathing techniques that help people immediately let goof anxious symptoms of a tightening chest, labored inhales and shakiness.One breathing exercise assists you in lowering your blood pressure which directly helps with anxiety and hypertension. Being able to breathe into your chest that houses your heart and lungs, instantly gives you positive prana and your mood begins to elevate naturally and you begin to realize your emotions are simply energy in motion. You begin to sense that you are the awareness noticing how your body is reacting or responding and your breath is the bridge between your awareness and your body, integrating both together.
Discovering that you are the centered awareness, the still point at the top of your inhale and the bottom of your exhale, you can allow whatever is coming up for clearing to be accepted and embraced. Relaxing into our natural state of being is only possible by being willing to relax and let go of body and emotional control, allowing an inner marriage of the dance between shiva and shakti. The yang and yin energies of our inner most nature, the kundalini life force energy then can dance up along our spine and nourish and provide more awareness to this merging of energies.
As this alchemy of breath, sound and movement energize our inner chi flow, we are given the opportunity to open our awareness to the reality of merging into a more expanded state, in which our body becomes an instrument of divine life force energy. When we open and merge with another from this open-hearted state, unity consciousness can be experienced inwardly.

What is EFT?
EFT is based on a new discovery that has provided thousands with relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues. Possible EFT limitations
I'm not saying here that EFT is perfect. We don't get 100%. But it usually works well and the results are sometimes spectacular. It often works where nothing else will and it represents a Doorway to your new Healing High-Rise.
You will find that EFT is usually quite gentle and you can often achieve substantial relief with little or no pain. This is not true for everyone, however some people's issues are so intense that the mere mention of them causes emotional or physical pain. But, given time, even these are often resolved efficiently with EFT.

The Four Basic Keys of Tantric Practices and Exercises:
Breathing focus is primary in all yogic teachings. To open to a conscious awareness of how one is breathing, taking in life, is primary to all other awarenesses beyond the ego identified self. And what lies beyond the belief one is separate from others and the rest of life?
Allowing inspiration to take place within our own being is an ongoing discovery. To experience a deep shift that can take place when we let go of the idea that we are doing the breathing. Our brains, heart and lungs function in our bodies whether we are conscious or not.
When we connect your inhale with your exhale, and continue to really let go, we can begin to experience a deeper shift of awareness and energy take place automatically and naturally.
At first, it can seem as if the breath has moved inward and we are not really breathing outwardly at all. This can be referred to as suspended breath.
As we continue to breath in a connected fashion, and just be present with the breath, eventually the breath is breathing our body and we are aware of it and allowing the life force to move through naturally. This is the spiritual aspect of breathwork. To allow ourselves to be inspired. Inspiration is a divine and spiritual experience.
Sound Toning and Tuning into Energy Centers of the Body:
Another level of letting go and letting a deeper experience take place is to allow sound to come naturally from the throat. This can automatically relax the throat which then relaxes the entire body.
To do this, it is most effective to allow the jaw to be loose by having the mouth slightly open. The increased energy flow throughout the body is manifest by this practice of letting go with sounding the body freely and allowing deeper tensions and tightness in the body to be released.
Primordial sounds such as OM automatically realign all the energy centers of the body and you can experience a deeper relax and increased vibration in the body by sounding Om three times. This centers the body by aligning the sacred waters of the body. Which is the predominant element of our body's physicality.
Slow and Conscious Movement:
After breathing and sounding, the body is naturally more relaxed. The mind is in tune with the heart and awareness is more in the timeless present moment.
From the present, we consciously move more slowly and with awareness, noticing how we are feeling, how another feels when we touch them. There is this tangible flow of energy that emanates from our being and body.
Intention is everything, according to many energy masters.
When the mind is focused with the intention to let go and allow a deeper experience to come to the foreground, then what we speak to one another has grace and power in it. When we speak from our hearts our deepest longing and desire, then we are creating the energetics for our intent to be manifest on the physical plane.
When we intend to connect with another and to experience a unity within our own self, then this unity can take place with another. A sense of oneness, of no separation between.
And, when we experience no separateness from ourselves and another, then all that is present in the moment is Divine Life force energy......

Sacred Bath Ceremony
The actual act of bathing is one of surrendering our body to being baptised from the daily round and purified of all transgressions. The element of water is the one element we have the most of, 70% to be exact. Our physical bodies are made up of 70% water as is the planet Earth also 70% water.
The power of the bathing ceremony lies in the imprinted intention in the actual water with bath salts, essential oils and sound toning.
Sacred means to consecrate, entitlement to reverence and respect; highly valued and important. The word, sacred, implies that in tantric practices, bathing and clearing and purifying one's energy centers is highly valued and important.
I find that the moment a person new to tantra enters the sacred healing waters of the bath, they let go to a deeper sense of trust and relaxation in letting go of bodily self-control.
To emerse one's being into the healing waters of nurturing compassion and clearing of the goddess energy, is to surrender to an element that has the property to clear and heal past stored experiences.
This sacred bath can facilitate release of entities, ancestory shadows or cords when practiced with clear intent, breathwork and sound toning and allowing and encouraging deeper release to occur.
A willingness to let go of the persona we carry in the world and deeply relaxing into the healing waters of the Goddess. If one cannot metaphorically let go into the sacred waters of a Goddess bath, how can one hope to be welcomed into her inner most chamber that is the chalice, the vessel of her sacred waters?
One's mindset of being erect to demonstrate virility or vitality can be suspended in the bath ceremony while the Goddess cups your sacred root center with your heart center, an alchemy of connection and tingling flow begins to happen easily and naturally.
